The staff was fairly friendly and accommodating providing assistance. The location in a very green area was great and there were small markets and a market nearby. We do recommend the restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel, it was good.

The location offered was super near a great market that's always lively during the day and most attractions in Vienna. The staff were welcoming and very very nice, they made our stay amazing.

The dishwasher was a bit too big for us, but the apartment was cozy.

Overall it is a stunningly beautiful and great hotel and we liked the stay, the location was marvellous close to tube to get into the city. There is a lot of great food for breakfast. We can recommend the place to anyone...

everything was brand-new for our purposes, short stay. studio apartment with excellent amenities was ready when we arrived.

The room itself was very nicely decorated and well equipped, so that you immediately felt at home.

We found the apartment quite small for our liking, especially since we were two adults. The parking process was a hassle. The nearest garage was a 10-minute walk away. Lastly, I had an issue with the self-checkout machine at the end of our stay as it was not functional.

During our 4-night stay, we were impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor of our standard apartment. It was well-equipped, and having a fully functional kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals easily. The nearby market square had a variety of food options, making it a breeze to find good places to eat. The access instructions for the apartment were straightforward, and we appreciated the early check-in service, which made our arrival hassle-free.

We had a sweet as stay, loved the spacious apartment and friendly staff! Just found the dining area a bit quirky and could've used better kitchen utensils, but overall it was choice.

Our family enjoyed the spacious Superior Apartment, well-equipped with a kitchen and a lovely terrace. The artwork and design were really good. The area had a fantastic food market with delicious restaurants!

A couple more English TV channels would have been nice.

The warm welcome from Michel set a positive tone for our stay. The studio apartment was immaculate, equipped with high-quality amenities. We loved the city view from our room, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. Plus, the nearby supermarket offered convenience for cooking our meals.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, as we had to find a separate garage.

Just a decent option for a city escape in Vienna with extraordinarily good value for money. The shower gel was plentiful, a nice perk. Make sure to ask for extra cleaning services if you need them during your stay.

Had a lovely 5-night stay in a very spacious and clean apartment with an awesome kitchen. Relaxing in the cozy garden area while sipping coffee was a nice touch. The only hiccup was that the water bottle in our room wasn’t full when we arrived, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 😊

A Good Stay with Really good Service

The thoughtful touches, like the wine and chocolates for my birthday. The apartment was well-equipped and tastefully decorated, with a lovely balcony that was perfect for enjoying the morning sun. Location-wise, being close to Meidlinger Markt made it easy to grab breakfast and explore local dining options. I do wish there was more parking available directly at the hotel, as the nearby carpark was a bit of an inconvenience.
